Why the Wisconsin recount matters
For the last several weeks, I and a number of volunteers have been independently researching the Nov. 8 election results in the state of Wisconsin and other swing states-ones that were polling in favor of Hillary Clinton for months and swung by just thousands of votes to Donald Trump.
