Organic Food Isn’t Better For Your Health – Gid M-K; Health Nerd – Medium

A health *nerd* that needs a lesson on antibiotic resistance. Studies show Glyphosate residues on foods are contributing to bacterial resistance to antibiotics. Meats, apple, pears, peaches, nectarines, the entire citrus family are being grown with antibiotics not allowed in organic production.
CITATIONS PLEASE. I have no idea of who Joan Shields is so why should I take your word on this or anything for that matter.
I have read both the articles and one of the studies on how application of synthetic AND ORGANIC PESTICIDES can drive the development of microbal resistance. i.e “Local applications but global implications: Can pesticides drive microorganisms to develop antimicrobial resistance?” — Ramakrishnan et al. Science of The Total Environment 2019.
I won’t change my mind on anything based on the opinion of a stranger. I want to know what they read and studied that formed their opinion so I can make my own evaluation so once again CITATIONS PLEASE.
And just how does this information negate the statement that organic foods aren’t any healthier than non-organically produced food?
